• Discuss importance of water infrastructure and emphasize need for water infrastructure investment. Review and track Reclamation Transparency Act. Discussed aging infrastructure with congressional and agency staff to determine this legislations potential effects on water users. Work on legislation relating to appropriate permitting of pesticides. H.R. 935 the Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act and S.340 the Sensible Environmental Protection Act.
